Alice is a demon bartender, and Catherine's younger twin sister, who owns and runs a bar. She is pretty calm and mellow most of the time, but she knows when to put her foot down. This is useful in her job as bartender and pub owner. She is kind of a jack-of-all-trades in terms of magic, she knows several different types of elemental magics, though not specializing in any one in particular. She barely uses magic in her day to day life anyway, but she keeps training them because they're good to have in a pinch. Her primary weapon is the Blood Dagger, a dagger that takes blood from its target when stabbed. Blood has beneficial properties to demons, once the Blood Dagger has taken enough blood, it can be drained and used to heal Alice.

Alice has an interesting relationship with her sister. They get along like most siblings do, teasing each other but still ultimately loving and caring for one another, though Alice always feels somewhat jealous of her. Their mother, Lorelei, was a very mystical person, and tried to instill that ethos and lifestyle in Catherine and her. While Catherine went down the path of mysticism, Alice chose alchemy instead, leading to Catherine being somewhat of the favored child of the two. On a bad day, Catherine may rub this in, but is usually self-conscious enough to not do that, as she knows deep down it hurts to hear.

Her strong interest in alchemy led to her learning how to make drinks, and what inevitably made Alice open a bar. During the events of the game, Alice is running a different bar, helped by her new friend Carrie. Together they provide food and drink to the pub crawlers. Alice is very sociable and easy to talk to, she's a listener. A lot of different people come up to her and tell her their problems, and she listens to every word. She gives advice when she can, and generally just talks them through their problems to make better sense of it for them. Somehow, everyone feels like they can approach her, no matter if they're an acquaintance or a stranger, except Shinpi for some reason...
