Ken is a nomadic demon and traveling partner of Rana. Ken is mostly level-headed and is usually the straight man in most situations, but he also proves to be quick to anger. He is cautious and gets flustered easily, but becomes a fearless (and ruthless) defender if someone is in danger. Beneath all of this is an incredibly kind and soft-hearted person, Ken tries to show kindness and courtesy to everyone (unless they do something to put him off), and cares for his friends. His primary magical element is ice and snow, but his magic takes a more supporting role while his true strength lies in his physical power. Though lean and not exactly muscular, Ken's physical strength is incredibly strong for not wielding a weapon. His hands and fingers are skinny, which means that foes he knocks a blow on feel the full brunt of his bones, not cushioned at all by muscle. On top of all of that, Ken has the ability to rapidly grow out one of his horns, break it off, and use it as a sword. He is incredibly strong when wielding this horn, and prefers to use it as a last resort (breaking off part of your body frequently is not exactly healthy), and usually does the job. After the battle, Ken usually discards the makeshift weapon and lets the horn grow back naturally.

Ken is a runaway, he left his family when he was a teenager due to reasons he doesn't like to disclose, and has been traveling ever since. He doesn't travel with any proper goal in mind, other than just trying to find his calling. In a way, this is why he joined Rana. Rana never knew her true parents, and is searching the world trying to find them. She was also a runaway, and the two connected well, so they joined together.
